Submit complete Baby Dedication Form and Baptism Form to the Church Office by the 15th of the month.
Baby Dedications will be held the second Sunday of the following month. All Baptisms will take place the 5th Sunday of the Month (January, May, August, and October) August Baptism Form must be received in the Church Office by August 13.
